This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are handled for the appointment booking services provided by RPO Appointment Experts, a service operated by Four Cents (Proprietorship Firm).
By using our services and making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Service Overview
RPO Appointment Experts provides assistance in booking Regional Passport Office (RPO) appointments on behalf of clients. Our service fee is Rs 2,500 per appointment. This fee covers the effort and expertise involved in securing an appointment slot at your preferred RPO location.
Refund Scenarios
1. Full Refund — Appointment Not Booked Within Agreed Timeframe
If we are unable to book your appointment within the agreed timeframe (typically 1–5 working days, or as specifically communicated to you at the time of order), you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfil your booking request.
2. Full Refund — Payment Made but Service Not Initiated
If you have made the payment but our team has not yet initiated the booking process, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.
3. No Refund — Appointment Successfully Booked
Once your appointment has been successfully booked and the confirmation details (date, time, location, and application reference) have been shared with you, the service is considered complete. No refund will be issued in this case, as the service has been fully delivered.
4. No Refund — Incorrect or Incomplete Information
If the client provides incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information (such as wrong application ID, name mismatch, incorrect date of birth, etc.) that leads to a booking failure or an unusable appointment, no refund will be provided. It is the client's responsibility to verify all details before submission.
5. No Refund — Failure to Attend the Appointment
If the client fails to attend the booked appointment for any reason (personal emergency, travel issues, forgetfulness, etc.), no refund will be issued. Our service obligation ends once the appointment is booked and confirmed.
6. No Refund — Cancellation by Government or Passport Office
If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by the government, passport office, or Passport Seva portal after successful booking, this is outside our control and no refund will be provided. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you in rebooking subject to availability.
7. Partial Refund or Rescheduling — Client-Initiated Cancellation Before Booking
If you request a cancellation before the appointment has been booked, a partial refund or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. The decision will depend on the stage of the booking process and the effort already invested.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp at +1 807 357 5848 with the following details:
- Your full name
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant booking details or screenshots
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
All refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original transaction (bank transfer, UPI, etc.). Refunds cannot be issued to a different account or in cash unless agreed upon in writing.
Government Fees Disclaimer
Our service fee covers only the appointment booking assistance. We do not collect, handle, or refund any government fees, passport application fees, or charges levied by the Ministry of External Affairs or Passport Seva portal. Any such fees are paid directly by the applicant to the relevant government authority and are subject to the government's own refund policies.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding refunds or services, we encourage you to first reach out to us directly via WhatsApp at +1 807 357 5848. We are committed to resolving all concerns amicably and in good faith.
If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where Four Cents (Proprietorship) is registered.

Four Cents reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
