RPO Appointment Experts is an independent third-party appointment booking assistance service. We help individuals secure appointments at Regional Passport Offices (RPOs) and Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) across India.
We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Ministry of External Affairs, the Passport Seva portal, or any government body. Our service is limited to assisting clients in booking appointments through publicly available channels. We do not process passport applications, issue passports, or make decisions regarding passport issuance.
3. Service Description
Our service includes:
- Booking RPO and PSK passport appointments on behalf of clients at their preferred location and date (subject to availability).
- Providing guidance on the appointment booking process.
- Communicating appointment confirmation details to clients via WhatsApp or other agreed channels.
Our service does not include:
- Filing or processing passport applications on your behalf.
- Guaranteeing passport issuance or approval.
- Providing legal advice regarding passport or immigration matters.
- Paying government fees on your behalf.
4. Service Fee and Payment
Our service fee is Rs 2,500 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) per appointment. This is a non-refundable service fee for the effort and expertise involved in securing your appointment.
Key payment terms:
- Payment is accepted via WhatsApp or online payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
- We operate on a pay-after-confirmation policy. You pay only after we confirm that your appointment has been successfully booked.
- Our service fee is separate from any government fees required for passport applications. Government fees must be paid directly by the applicant through the official Passport Seva portal.
- Once payment is made for a confirmed appointment, the service fee is non-refundable, as the service (booking the appointment) has been fully delivered.
5. What We Guarantee
We guarantee that we will make every reasonable effort to book your RPO/PSK appointment at your preferred location and as close to your preferred date as possible, subject to slot availability on the Passport Seva portal.
We do not guarantee:
- Availability of specific dates or time slots.
- Passport issuance, approval, or processing timelines.
- That the government portal will remain functional or unchanged.
- That the passport office will not cancel or reschedule your appointment due to their own operational reasons.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information: You must provide correct and complete personal details (full name, date of birth, application reference number, preferred location, etc.) required for booking your appointment. We are not responsible for bookings made with incorrect information provided by you.
- Attend your appointment: You are responsible for attending your booked appointment on the scheduled date and time. We are not responsible for missed appointments.
- Bring correct documents: You must carry all required original documents and photocopies to your appointment as per the Passport Seva guidelines. We are not liable if your application is rejected due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Comply with government requirements: You are responsible for completing your online passport application form, paying government fees, and fulfilling all other requirements set by the Passport Seva portal.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation by client: If you wish to cancel a confirmed appointment, please inform us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. The service fee is non-refundable for confirmed appointments, as our service has already been rendered. We may, at our sole discretion, assist with rescheduling subject to availability.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and may incur an additional fee.
- Cancellation by passport office: If the passport office cancels your appointment due to holidays, operational issues, or other reasons beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to rebook your appointment at no additional charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for any issues, errors, downtime, or changes on the Passport Seva portal or any government website.
- We are not liable for policy changes made by the Ministry of External Affairs, passport offices, or any government authority that may affect your appointment or passport application.
- We are not responsible for appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or delays caused by the passport office or government authorities.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid by you for the specific appointment in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website rpoappointment.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Four Cents and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
The "RPO Appointment Experts" brand name, logo, and associated branding are the property of Four Cents.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Dispute Resolution
